rack pinion is making a noise when i turn my steering

This is a problem that i think needs fixed, I was told this would leave me stranded along the road, which is bull sh*t, why would you sell cars with so many problems and recalls on them. I don't think someone should have to put every last penny they have in a damn car that is suppose to be a dependable. why is this keep happening. first power steering and now this , so is this covered under any kind of warranty So if i get stranded are you gone to come and pick the car up, no of course not i will have to call a tow truck, which will cost me more money. Why do people sell lemons these days and dealers sale junk that has recalls, and why does manufacturing people make junk.. Fix the problems damn is it that hard to make a good car worth your money.
