The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu. While driving various speeds, the contact heard a clicking sound whenever a turn was made. The engine stalled and the engine warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the driveshaft needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 149,000.
