The turn signal and hazard warning lights were not working. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the technician stated this vehicle was not included in the recall. The consumer would have to turn on the hazard warning lights to get the signal lights to work. The lights would work for a couple of days and then would start back doing the same thing.

Today I paid for the service myself but want a refund. I have spoken with GM but they said no.
Recall 03V327000, hazard warning switch: Intermittently the hazard and signal lights will not work. Consumer had a mechanic examine the vehicle and determined that the hazard warning switch needed replacement. There was a recall on this make, model, and year. But this vehicle was not included in the recall due to VIN.
While driving, intermittently turn signals failed. The dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem. Problem is similar to NHTSA recall (03V327000); however, consumer's vehicle is not included in the recall due to VIN.
