Let me start off first saying how much I HATE GENERAL MOTORS VEHICLE!!!! They are horrible. Okay, here is my problem. It all statarted back in 06/06. When I would come off of the highway, or get stuck in traffic on the highway, the car would just stall. I would try to start it, but it would just crank, and nothing, it was as if no fuel was getting to the engine. I took it to a Chevrolet dealer and they told me that they got it to stall once, but the "computers" were not hooked up to the car, therefore they were unable to figure out the problem. They called me the next day, and told me that there was a large dent on the fuel tank, and it was pressing against the pump. They wanted 1,800.00 dollars to fix it! I decided that I would get my own tank and pump and put it in myself. Okay, all fixed, right? WRONG!!!!! I was going to Boston this passed summer, and I hit traffic, well guess what, the damn thing stalled, I had to push the car to the toll booth, got in, and it started. Just last month I was coming off of the parkway, stopped at a light, it stalled. Two weeks ago, I was driving into New York City, got stuck in traffic, it stalled. The car only stalls when it is hot outside, and when I stop from high speeds. I cannot figure it out. I would not recommend a General motors' car to anyone. GM is going down hill! This is not the only problem I had with this car. My next car is going to be a Subaru, or a Honda. If anyone knows why this is doing this, please let me know.
