I bought a 1998 chevy malibu recently. It has white paint, all original and with no dents or scratches. For some reason the drivers door bottom and wheel well have rusted. There is also rust on the trunk lid. This is ridiculous on such a new car. The dealer will not cover it because the mileage is 10,000 over the warranty. It is obvious that the rust started before then.
