The contact owns a 1997 Chevrolet Malibu. The contact was driving approximately between 5 to 10 mph and encountered several speed bumps in the roadway. Immediately after driving over the speed bumps the engine stalled without warning. The vehicle would not restart and was towed to his residence. The contact stated that the failure was contributed to the anti-theft path lock. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired when the complaint was filed. The failure mileage was 150,000.
