The consumer stated that while driving at 45 mph the vehicle was involved in a front impact accident. The air bag deployed but immediately deflated. As a result the driver hit her chest on the steering wheel. The consumer also felt that the seat belt did not properly restrain her. The dealer and manufacturer were notified.
While driving at 40/45 mph, the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. The air bag deflated upon deployment. The consumer impacted the steering wheel.
Vehicle wasin an head-on collision at rate of 40 mph, and neither driver's side or passenger's side airbags depoly. Insurance company noted accident as a total loss. Consumer did not sustain injuries.

Vehicle was involved in an accident, and airbags failed to deploy. Vehicle was traveling at approximately 55 mph when a patch of ice caused vehicle to skid and impact a roadside barrier 4 times. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Vehicle was involved in a four car collision, the front driver's and passenger's seats fell back when vehicle was struck from behind. Driver could not see in front of him when vehicle was hit in the front. Also, no deployment of driver's side airbag.
