I purchased a c5500 and a c4500 on the same day. After about 50,000 miles, the 5500 is at the shop more than is on the road. I have had the injectors (all 8) replaced twice, injector pump twice and misc injectors replace "as needed" per the dealer. For the past year it has been in the the shop a total of about 6 months for the same issue. That is two to three weeks at a time. Its in the shop right now as it was two weeks ago for a single injector#8. No one knows why this is happening. i have fueled both my trucks at a local station daily and was told bad fuel. After that lie wore off everyone is left scratching their heads, including me.
