Basil Chevrolet has pretty much told me this is normal. I have escalated this to Chevrolet and I'm waiting for a response. I'd advise taking your vehicle anywhere but Basil. They don't have the talent or the management to fix/ use the proper troubleshooting tools they are provided. Useless bunch! When you call you get the voicemail every time!! You could call while standing in front of 7 people texting and playing pokemon, the phone rings and not one of them move! Goodnight@!@! (mic drop)
