Since new, whenever it rains or when car is washed, the water that gets inside doors (which I expect some) never drains out until the doors are opened. Dealer tried 6 times, now waiting for a GM Engineer to look at vehicle. They are trying to tell me it is just inherent for this vehicle. So I asked them why they don't use this as a "selling point"! They changed their tune. My concern is of course water just lying inside the doors and potential rust problems later on. Drivers door usually drips enough to fill a shot glass, but only after you open the doors. Sometimes 4 or 5 days after rain has stopped.
Update from Jul 7, 2015: GM Engineer has looked at it finally and says everything appears normal. Yeh right! He claims they checked other Impalas at dealership and sees the same thing so it must be normal. What! So ignition keys falling out, airbags exploding, unintended acceleration are all normal things because other cars do it !!! Where has customer service and common sense gone?
