I didn't know it was this MANY people with the same problem. I went to the dealer not too long after I purchased my 2014 Impala concerning the headlight problem. They checked it but stated that everything was working as expected. I changed the bulbs a few times, but the problem remains. I really got frustrated when I traveled out of town last year and almost ran off the road traveling to MS. I called corporate, and they asked me to go to the dealer and have it checked. It cost $100 - $150 just to check, and hear them say everything is working fine. GM should really realize this is a BIG hazardous. If all of these people are complaining, somebody at GM should realize this is some kind of defect. I'll be really happy if they're look into this ongoing problem.

The headlights on this 2014 impala is the worst I have ever seen on any vehicle I have owned. New or used which has been plenty. The lights are very dangerous to drive at night time with. We will not take the car if we know we are traveling during evening hours. This is ridiculous! You should be able to take your nice comfortable riding car at any time of the day or night. We can't see when driving in the country, side roads, turning corners are terribly frightening! There has got to be something that can be done.

I have had it at the dealership 3 times now insisting that they find the problem. They say when they match it up with 2015 & 2016 impalas, all the lights look the same. I find that hard to believe that no one else is complaining. I think Chevy is hiding this from the public and telling their employees to do the same, by not admitting fault or problem with lights.

I want this to be addressed and fixed so owners of this car type can feel safe and want to buy more of the same when trade in time comes. We for one will certainly not be buying another one unless issue is taken care of. Might switch to a Ford if we can't get satisfaction.
