Requesting assistance with a faulty brake pedal in a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. The consumer stated shortly after purchasing the vehicle, the brake pedal began to make a clicking sound when it was released.
The contact owned a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. While making a left turn at approximately 15 mph, the driver depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle failed to stop. As a result, another vehicle crashed into the passenger side. The contact indicated that the brake pedal appeared to be stuck and could not be depressed. A police report was filed and no injuries were sustained. The vehicle was destroyed. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 3,100.
