Very unhappy with my 2014 Impala's pillar paint and roof of the car where the paint is coming off. Very, very unhappy - it takes away from my beautiful car. It's a eye sore.

$2200.00 to fix the car. OMG very sad. I may have to buy a different brand next time - I'm getting no help. So very sad - I love my car.

Impala LTZ 3.6L V6

Like a few other complaints, I was embarrassed to have my beautiful car start peeling on the pillars. I brought this car new, I purchased an extended warranty that covered what I thought was everything except normal wear items. To my surprise, they said the extended warranty did not cover the A-pillars peeling. I'm a big Chevy guy, but it's difficult to stay loyal when you experience these kinds of problems and with an extended warranty from the dealer when new, and they still would''t cover my problem. Come on Chevy you can do better!

PS. - I also purchased a new 2015 Chevy Traverse LTZ from the same dealer and it has annoying cosmetic problems too.

Pillars peeling. Really disappointing on a 4 year old car. Not sure what the issue or the repair is, but it certainly hurts the aesthetics on an otherwise very nice looking vehicle.

Impala LTZ 3.4L

When the pillars are ashy it take away from the integrity of the car. It ages the car and it lacks luster. No matter how clean the car is the ashy pillars become an eye sore. Once again, I just missed the warranty deadline. The auto-body shop quoted me $350 to replace all four. So I went for a cheaper option and bought aftermarket stickers, a temporary fix.
