The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that the infotainment system failed and caused the air conditioner, radio, navigation, speedometer, and onstar to malfunction. As a result, the contact was unable to view the backup camera. In order for the infotainment system to function, the contact had to turn off and restart the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to jerry Chevrolet (1940 E joppa rd, baltimore, md 21234), but was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact also stated that the radio was reprogrammed previously at jerry Chevrolet dealer for the same failure; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: [xxx]. the manufacturer advised the contact to wait until he heard something from the mechanic.
