My 2013 Impala won't start - battery is fine, lights come on. We had a major snow storm and very cold so it sat for 4 - 5 days and wouldn't start. It did the same exact thing under same exact conditions 2 years ago and the local Chevrolet dealer told me it was water in the gas tank, charged me $500. Supplier said they checked their tanks and didn't show any water and hadn't had any other complaints about the gas and it's a high volume station so am really questioning the water theory but don't know. I only use premium so there shouldn't be an issue with water. On Star cannot find any issue but it won't start. I haven't tried anything yet but want some ides before i have it towed in.
