brakes bad,vibrates when stopping at 60mph or 45 downhill

mentioned during test drive, brakes seemed bad but assured that the way they are. went on line and MANY more people were having problem but was never solved for anyone who paid to have fixed. took back to dealer and he drove the car and again stated their fine.
