Starts with tighten fuel cap, not the problem, so go to GM buy a fuel cap at $27.00, not the fix. As I read online this is very common. This is a common issue on many GM models. They offer a different solenoid with a new harness. Solenoid $46.00 Harness $36.00 plus labor came to over $200.00. I think GM knows of the issue, the parts are readily on hand, don't make sense to me on a car with 65,000 miles.
