there is a clicking noise coming from behind the dash on the passenger side when the car is turned off after running for any length of time that lasts for 30 to 55 seconds. it is very embarassing. it is it something to be concerned about or should we take it to the dealer? could this be a recall?
Right after I purchased my new 2007 Chevy Impala, I started having problems with it 3 days later. The dashboard would rattle a lot whenever I drove it. It was pretty annoying and bothersome. I have already taken it to the dealership 3 times and they have not been able to fix the problem. I am going to take it in a fourth time to get hopefully get it fixed. I even wrote to the Ceo of General Motors and got a call from the executive office at GM Headquarters. They wanted to continue to get to take it in to get fixed. My purchase experience has been anything but pleasant. If you are thinking about buying a new Impala, think about what you can possible be getting yourself into- a nightmare.
