I was recently on a trip for 5 days. Prior to the trip my car was just fine. I do live in Michigan and have sucky weather. I came back to Michigan from my vacation and got in my car to go to work. Its probably 5am and i have my outside lights on. I drive maybe a quarter of a mile and my battery light come on and I get a notice on my display saying "SERVICE BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM." Then I began to notice my lights dimming in and out suttelly. When I stopped at a light for a while the battery light turned off and my lights stopped blinking. I just took my car in to have the alternator checked and the service technician told me that the alternator was charging completely fine and that it would take a lot more time to figure the problem out. If anyone knows of this happening before please comment.
