My 2005 impala has TWO severe problems.
(1) the trunk, when opened, almost always falls back down on back of my head and/or neck. It is very painful when this happens....and shud it break my neck....I WILL sue the manufacturing company. I have tried several remedies to prevent the painful experience...none have worked.
(2) #I will submit separate report for gas tank problem.# I can NOT get gas into tank (literally)!!! Local mechanic said that impalas are notorious for this problem..especially if driven on rock roads (dust). Could cost $600-700 to fix. People stop me at gas stations and tell me they had same problem and would never buy another impala.
Completely disgusted with this car. Can not imagine the gas tank problem has not been under recall since apparently it is a widely known disgusting problem linked to this car...that Ford owners laugh at!! AND I am totally serious...if that trunk comes down on my head/neck and does more than the bad headaches and stiff necks that I have experienced todate...I will engage a lawyer.
