The window controls stopped working. Tore the master control out, discover it was not getting a ground connection. Ran a sheet metal screw into the inner door brace and soldered a ground wire into the harness and used a eyelet connector to attach it to the screw. It's an imperfect solution, as I am relying on the hinges for a ground, but works almost all the time. (Only stops intermittantly when you are opening and closing the door, but who rolls their window up or down with the door open?)
