The contact owns a 2000 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that the turn signal lights, hazard lights, and headlights suddenly failed to activate. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 160,000.
Vehicles turn signals stop working intermittently and sometimes will not allow the hazard lights to work. This poses a serious safety risk - I was stopped in a dark unlit area when my vehicle broke down and vehicles were unable to see my car or myself.
: the contact stated the vehicle's turn signal intermittently did not work while trying to signal in any direction. Also the hazard lights failed to illuminate, when the hazard lights button was depressed. The dealer was contacted, and determined that the contact may need to replace the turn signal. The contact found many other consumers with the same model who had this same problem. The vehicle was not repaired.
