I have always loved Chevrolet vehicles. I really like my HHR, but ever since they did the recall for the ignition switch, I have been experiencing issues with the vehicle stalling and now the gear shift gets stuck. I have gone back to the dealership to have them to correct the problem they created several times only for them to tell me that the issue is not serious and that it's nothing that will cause the vehicle to stop working or leave me stranded.
I told him that while all that is important, I didn't have these issues until they attempted to correct the issues with the ignition switch. I never had an issues with my ignition switch, but I was advised to have it checked anyway and ever since, it's been nothing but problems. I WANT THIS FIXED AT THE DEALERS EXPENSE OR I WANT OUT OF THE VEHICLE!!! BOTTOM LINE. It's not enough that several people have loss their loved ones due to the negligence of GM, but they still refuse to own up and stand behind their product and the terrible work they did putting these toys together. This is unsafe!!!!
How do you tell me that I shouldn't be concerned about any issue with any vehicle that I ride in with my family??? Your company is garbage!!!!! GARBAGE!!!!! The dealership I went to is located in Lowell,NC at 831 S. Main St. 28098. The customer service is absolutely horrendous, very unprofessional, and an overall disgrace to the once Loyal Chevrolet manufacturer!!!!!! The sales(man) that spoke with me came from a gas station where he changed oil, pumped gas, rotated tires, and things of that sort. None of that requires him to have any expertise knowledge with engine work. This is the same sales(man) to tell me to not worry, but now my gear shift is sticking. That's like Betty Crocker performing surgery. Very big difference. They are not related and just because you know how to put air in a tire doesn't mean you can change one.
