I was pushed into buying this vehicle, my Orr Chevrolet, a couple years ago. I paid way too much for it. On 12/23 I was completely stopped at a red light. The car went forward hitting the car in front of me while my foot was still firmly on the brake. The Tahoe was not damaged but my car has damage to the grill, bumper, hood, the radiator is leaking, and the tow truck couldn't start it. After hitting the vehicle in front of me the engine continued to "rev" and I had to stand on the brake with both feet before it finally stopped.
I'm a small female (132 lbs). The impact was hard enough to knock my glasses off but the air bag didn't come out. Once I got pulled into the parking lot I almost couldn't get the car to stop either. I'm currently waiting for the insurance company to evaluate it. I will be getting rid of this vehicle if it's not totaled.
