We rented the HHR recently with Budget . Apparently they told us this had been the 3rd car that week with this problem. We were able to receive another car for our troubles and were'nt charged. This was very disconcerting because if someone had been in the back drivers window sitting they would have a head full of glass and possibly could have lost an eye. I was in the front passengers side when it just imploded and glass went everywhere. I would not recommend this car until they fix the problem. They told us it had to do with the plastic around the window frame and if they get a bubble in the glue that it can cause the windows to come loose and explode. At that point I felt Budget was negligent and should have pulled those cars from their rental fleet. Don't rent this type of vehicle!
