The contact owns a 2009 GMC HHR-ss. While driving approximate speeds of 65 mph, the contact attempted to adjust her seat and was pinched by the seat belt buckle. The buckle did not injure her; however, there was some minor discomfort. She was concerned that if a child were in the seat, they could have been injured. The VIN was not available. The failure and current mileages were unknown.
