In addition, the remaining doors could not be or unlocked by using the automatic key remote. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. Updated 09/27/12 the consumer stated GM agreed to pay for the majority of the repairs if he agreed to a reasonable amount. Updated 10/03/12

The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who referred her to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure and current mileage was 39,000.
