The speaker on my driver side door only works sometimes. I noticed it a year ago and it's been an issue since. I suspect it's an electrical issue. I also have issues with the door lock sticking on that same door. I think the lock and speaker issue is somehow related.....again, probably to some sort of electrical issue. I can't say for sure though.
