I had my lights fixed over and over again and it had cost me some money just to have the normal light come on and stay on. after it is fixed, it works for a day to few days then it reverts back to high beam. What is wrong with my lights? I avoid driving at night because I get honked by other vehicles from the opposite lane and it is a safety hazard for the incoming vehicles.
Update from Sept 20, 2014: Even when my normal lights is working, I could not change it to bright lights and vice versa. It had been like that since I bought the car, used, in 2012
