The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Express. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 mph, another vehicle crashed into the front driver's side which caused the vehicle to flip over and then landed on all four wheels. There were five occupants in the vehicle that suffered from injuries to the back, including lacerations and contusions to the body. One of the passenger was ejected from the vehicle and fractured their pelvis and femur. The front driver's side seat belt buckle unlatched independently however, the driver did not sustain any injuries. A police report was filed of the incident. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a salvage facility. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. The failure mileage was unavailable.
