Radiator hose gets damaged when radiator fan shroud touches it repeatedly through motor vibrations. We have seen this on two different vehicles (2007 and 2010 models) of Chevy express vans. 2010 van is VIN #[xxx]. our mechanic explained this to us and took photos.
