I don't know what the reason is, but the odometer reset itself after the battery was recharged. If anyone has the solution to this problem please let me know.
DUE TO A RELAY PROBLEM IN THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR MODULE, THE BLOWER MOTOR CAME ON DURING THE NIGHT AND RAN THE BATTERY DOWN. I CHARGED THE BATTERY. THE VAN RUNS FINE AND THERE ARE NO DTC CODES SET. THE DIGITAL ODOMETER GOES THROUGH A SELF CHECK WHEN I START THE ENGINE. ALL THE DIGITS ARE THERE BUT THE ODOMETER AND TRIP COUNTERS ARE NOW REGISTERING THE MILES FROM ZERO. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? I THOUGHT THE ODOMETER DATA WAS IN NON-VOLITALE MEMORY. CAN THE MILAGE READING BE RESTORED?
