Knocking on front end and faulty rear end. Parts were replaced twice on the front and rear end of the vehicle. The radio was replaced, the power steering was noisy, the mirror vibrated when traveling at a high speed. The exhaust system was emitting white smoke. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for repairs over 15 times
Mirrors shake so badly that no image can be identified above 50 mph. Very dangerous on interstates. Dealer technician says "this is the single most frequent complaint about these vans since introduction in 1996. Replacement often fails to improve condition. This is a design failure." If true this should be the basis for a recall and re-design.
