Vehicle is released from the factory without the ability to have a routine front end alignment performed. A procedure of removing "knock-out templates" must be performed before an alignment can be performed.
When driving at low speeds 10 mph and when hitting a bump in road surface while attempting to make a right hand turn only, consumer noticed a loud noise coming from front end, and vehicle started to vibrate. Consumer has contacted dealer; dealer was able to duplicate problem, however, dealer did not have a solution to problem.
There is a clunking noise when applying brakes at speeds of 20 mph, and under on both corners of front end. After 13 attempts of trying to fix defect, manufacturer is buying vehicle back.
