Seat belts in rear of vehicle in the captains chair are not working properly. Seat belt will not come out, and they are stuck. Anyone who sits in that seat cannot use seat belt. Contacted dealer, and the dealer was not willing to do anything.
Dealer had to replace seat belt retractor two times because it failed to lock properly, 2nd row seat, driver's side. Feel free to provide any further information.
