Let me start by saying I drive vehicle rarely in 6 months owned. I was heading down 195 going about 70 mph when I first heard a pop. I was worried but kept driving. Next thing I new a lot of pops and scraping. Pulled over to side of road. Saw plastic piece underneath front bumper hanging and looked like piece had torn away from screws. My husband came and secured piece up as best he could and drove it home.
I called Princeton Chevrolet dealership thinking its a brand new vehicle and everything is covered. Took it on Tuesday 5/8. they said they'd look and let me know if it is covered. The woman hadn't even looked at the car when she said right away that's the first thing to go when you hit something.
When we got car back they just said it was fixed. My husband looked underneath and saw the same piece he had secured still there and hanging. When we questioned why and that it would only come loose again they said they fixed it best they could and anything else we have to pay for cause it was my fault I hit something. I was livid cause I am such a safe driver and did not hit anything or run anything over. Then manager was very condescending and asked me where I bought the car. Then he told me to go there to get it fixed. So not only do I have a complaint about the shoddy work of the parts involved here but also about the service manager at Ciocca Princeton Chevrolet dealership.
