When vehicle is started with remote (factory installed) Vehicle does NOT heat the cabin. We have tried to preset the controls when we get out so we could start car from house and have it warmed up when we get in. Car is stored in garage EVERY night. I am told by deAler (Gault Chevrolet Endicott, NY) that the car is factory programed to go to Minimal defrost from the factory when started on remote. WHAT A CROCK if that is true.
