Purchased a used 2016 chevrolet equinox with 17,715 miles. The headlights on this vehicle are very dangerous during night driving on low beam, especially on roads with curves and hills. It's like driving in a tunnel with lines on each side and a dark line out in front of you.
Purchased a 2016 Equinox to carry the weight of my scooter, I am100% disabled vet. The lights are very dangerous, my wife cannot see to make a right hand or left turn without almost coming to a stop. Driving on a curvy road is a nightmare the lights do not follow the curves you do not know if you are going straight or not. Like driving in a tunnel lines on each side and a dark line across the front. The bright lights at this point is good but driving with the low beams is nerve racking especially trips to the hospital at 2 or 4 in the morning.
don't know what we are going to do for a car for night driving. GM will do nothing. Everyone needs to call Auto
Safety at 1-888-327-4236, National Hwy Traffic safety of Motor Vehicles 1 850-617-2000, Better Business Bureau Auto Line 1-800-955-5100 They all told me I was the only one to complain about the lights. Bombard them all with phone calls including Chevrolet Motor Company. Something need to be done ASP regarding these lights.
