I had the dealer replace the brake pads and rotors. Kept bringing the car back to the dealer because even though they replaced the pads and rotors the car make a horrible noise when braking. Each time I brought it back I was told there was nothing wrong.
When I finally brought my car to a new mechanic I found out that the brake pad was installed backwards and disintegrated. The rotors were warped.
