This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have a concern in high altitude areas the vehicle may have an extended crank, hard start after a short trip and short soak. Technician will need to reprogram the Engine Control Module using Service Programming System and loaded the calibration identified as "Service Calibration for Short Soak Restart Improvements".
