This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicle that have a Malfunction Indicator Lamp on. Technician may find Diagnostic Trouble Codes P0601, P0603, P0604, P062F or P1621 stored in the Transmission Control Module. Technician will need to ensure that the Diagnostic Trouble Codes are set in the Transmission Control Module. If the Diagnostic Trouble Codes are only set in the Transmission Control Module reprogram the Transmission Control Module.
