The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. While driving approximately 25 mph, smoke emitted into the vehicle from the exhaust manifold through the ventilation system. The check engine warning indicator illuminated. As a result, the contact became extremely sick and lightheaded and was concerned a crash would occur. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician stated that the exhaust manifold was fractured. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage and VIN were unknown.
