Bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox last year and have had nothing but problems. Every time there is something new we're having to have fixed. When we first bought the car we didn't know anything about the car burning oil. Went to a garage and the owner talked to us about it and said Chevrolet was offering a extended warranty.
We contacted them and they told us we didn't meet the qualifications to get the extended warranty since our car had more miles on it. Even though we hadn't had the car long. Told us they was nothing they could do.
Later on our A/C went out, also had to change the camshaft intake actuator, and a bunch of sensors. Dealing with a check engine light saying (P0014) that had shut off our car on the four lane and every time we stopped at a red light. Now after it being towed to the house, it's been sitting in the driveway because it won't start and no idea what's going on with it.
Honestly wish I would have never bought this vehicle. Never in my life have I had so much trouble out of a car.
