When we first bought it we had a problem with the paint on the hood, front and back bumper. Took it to Kendrick's Paint & Body. The left side of the car has paint peeling off in the rear. Also, on the rear top side, and there's other issues with the vehicle. The trunk shocks won't keep the lid up. Turn signals won't go off. The left front window scrapes when you let it up. The seat on the passenger side sticks you when you get out of the car. Plastic. Chevrolet should have a recall on the paint.
I bought my Equinox with no paint damage at all and driving down the highway the paint peeled off. I see there is a TSB on the paint so I called the local dealership who told I was the second owner and they would not fix!!! My car looks awful
This just happened a few months ago. Just started calling and e-mailing GMC. At the moment I can't complain about anything other than I'm shocked to see so many other people having the same issue and getting no resolve. Unfortunately my warranty expired 2 month's prior to this happening. I'm hoping as a good will GMC will honor their Corrosion Warranty and repaint my car. I'm putting this complaint in so that others can see that there are other people out there with the same issue and that maybe if more people complain GMC will do a recall or something to take care of an obvious manufacture problem.
