Since I bought my 2008 equinox every 3000 miles it needs over 2 quarts of oil. The lights flash to close the engine off and add oil. One time the stick was dry, very little oil. Here it is 2013 with the same problem and I took it to the dealer and told them to keep the car, I don't want it until it is fixed. The car always feels like it wants to stall and on take offs it skips. The chevy dealer called the chevys main office and they claim it is normal. I have an extended warrenty until 2014 and I am so pissed that they consider this normal. Finally the dealership pushd the issue and then GM said take it appart and find the problem and then report back to them and they would decide what to do with it. I think they probably need to put a new engine in it.....So dissapointed in Chevy....I tried to buy American, but I am always on the loosing end of the stick..Helpless in West Haven Ct.
