Have brought this in to the local dealer and of course as usual with any GM product you hear that's normal. Still a week without the engineer contacting the dealer to help with the situation. This is my 8th new GM vehicle in the past 3 years and definitely my last. All my vehicles have had problems one very severe on my 2015 Silverado with a massive fuel leak and it took 3 months to get fixed. This Cruze could have been a nice car but there's so many issues now especially with interior fitment and now a bad transmission with no help from Chevy just like my leaking fuel on my Silverado which was a serious and very dangerous situation and they didn't care in the least. They should have never been bailed out if this is what they call customer service. Happy to report I just traded my smoking 2016 Equinox with 2,300 miles in on new Toyota 4Runnner and I LOVE IT! GM time to learn customer service.
