My name is lisa bencaz and I bought a used 2016 chevy cruz via roberts toyota in madison, tn. Ever since I purchased the vehicle I have sank money into the lemon. I have been at the shop more than on the road with the vehicle. I have talked with other cruz owners that have had the very same problems that I am having with mine . I have went thru 2 new 02 sensors , new spark plugs and igition coil, new intake manifold with gaskets and valve cover with gasket and now a oil catch can system to keep the oil out of the parts that should not have oil in them. I am at my wits end with this vehicle and not even wanting another chevrolet or gmc product after this pain of a vehicle. I have had the car a little over a year and as I said more times in shop than on the road and I keep my vehicle well maintained. First trip in to the shop I was not aware it had mutilple recalls to be fixied and those were done then numereous mass air flow sensors and still throwing codes for mass air flow after having anew one installed. Another trip to the shop was the pcv system that was also fixed out of my pocket once again and now the spark plugs, ignition coil rail,o2 sensors, new intake manifold and new oil cathc can system and it still barely drives. As I said have talked to several other cruzz owners of this model and they have stated they have had the exct same problem and got it fixed then got rid of the vehicle. I have contacted a lawyer to see what I can do against roberts toyota or gmc personally.
