The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. While driving at various speeds, the contact attempted to depress the brake pedal; however, the contact was able to depress both the brake and the accelerator pedals simultaneously. The contact stated that the accelerator pedal was raised high. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was unable to be diagnosed or repaired; however, they stated that the vehicle functioned as intended. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
