This technical bulletin provides a procedure to reprpgram the engine control module to correct a condition of DEF Fluid Quality Poor Message On and/or Cruise Control Interrupt at Low Speeds, Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Illuminated due to a software anomaly.
