This morning, I was making a right turn into a neighborhood when I hit a small hole in the road and the car turned off. It alerted me that it was power steering and airbags. Now when I drive into my driveway it may turn off because of the curb, when I turn into work it may turn off because there is a small area where the road has small holes.
The contact owned a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. The contact stated while her sister was driving 55 mph, when another vehicle crashed into the rear driver side and caused her vehicle to spin around, as a result the front of the vehicle hit a wall. The air bags did not deploy. The contact stated no one sustained any injuries or seeked medical attention. A police report was filed. The contact stated they were able to drive to their destination. The contact called local dealer webb Chevy oak lawn (9440 S cicero ave, oak lawn, il 60453) and was made aware of the failure. The insurance adjuster deemed the vehicle was loss.the manufacturer had not been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 63,887.
The airbag sensor light will come on and turn back off and flash 'service airbag' multiple times. I have also replaced the thermostat in my car twice in the past year and I have to replace it again.
I was driving to work on Jan 2 on a 4 lane road in the rain at 45 mph and my car hydroplaned and hit the guard raid head-on several times. My car was totaled, both front tires came off. My side airbags deployed but the front airbags dinnot deploy. My insurance company said I should report this to you, in looking at the totaled vehicle they felt the front airbags should have deployed.

Stabiltrak warning comes on and makes car run horrible. Had to replace turbo twice now only has 109,000 miles. Airbag light stays on. The car has always ticked bad. Car almost caught fire from a sensor. It melted it in half.

All digital electronic messages will spin if you turn key where you would read speed. Manual gauges are not working. Check engine, air bag, stability control system lights all on. Car started for less than 5 seconds and the smell of extreme electrical so bad.. turn off immediately. Lift hood and everything too hot too touch. Can't get help from anyone! they say no recalls. I was hit by a truck driving at least 50mph. His air bags all went off, mine did not. I was at a rolling start to drive, he was on the highway. With the amount of damage done to the car and the force of the accident it is absolutely terrifying that the airbags did not go off to save me from hitting the steering wheel so hard.

I got in a major accident and end up having broken bones in my face and neck and back problems because of my air bags not coming out. I was on a city street in indianapolis, Indiana downtown. This has cause I major burden on me because not being able to work and going back and fourth to different doctors appointments.
Driving home from work at 11:15pm on September 8th, nearing the toll plaza in gary, Indiana the car made a sudden sound kindve like a bang, the engine shut off, all the lights on the dash came on, I came to a stop and tried several times to start the vehicle and it would not do anything. Every time I tuned the key to the off position and then turned it to accessory, the dash displays service air bag and service power steering. The windows, door locks, truck release will not work. I had to call my insurance company and set up a tow to get the car back home. I had to be at work at 7am that day, I worked 16 hours, and didn't get home till 1:30am on September 9th. The car is in my driveway, it will not start or even turn over.
Takata recall for airbags on a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Air bag failed to finish deployment after being triggered. I passed out from shock directly after impact and woke up hung over my seat belt with the steering wheel smoking and spitting soot all over the dash. There was also a sign that displayed on the speedometer recommending an airbag service. After police arrived, it was obvious to them that the airbag had made an attempt to deploy but failed to even pop out of the steering wheel.
Car was stolen left front end was damage. Paid 2500 for repair. Pick up car 07/27/2018. The was in the shop 03/2018. They the car back to me no air bags. No front for cover on the sterring wheel. They want to pay another $279 for air bags. Now their a sound coming from under the car. I just don't have extra money insurance did pay off because I was not driving the car. The car do drive the same it keep cutting off. The speed is 20 to 40 it wontt go any higher and the engine is not shutting off. The is trying to zoom fast on its on. Iam really scare.
2014 Chevrolet Cruze. Consumer writes in regards to air bags being deployed while driving vehicle without impact. The consumer stated the manufacturer refused to offer any assistance. The manufacturer would not provide any information collected from the vehicle investigation.
I was involved in a rear-end collision pushing me into another vehicle on 06-06-18. The headliner and drivers seat began to smoke, filling the car. The smoke was white, grey, and smelled of sulphur. In addition, the "service airbag" light appeared on the information display, the flashers/hazards, came on automatically, and the car would not start and had to be towed. The vehicle was slowing, almost to a stop before being hit. Ohio highway patrol accident # 67-0834-67 5 vehicles involved. Unable to upload.
The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. While entering vehicle, the side air bags deployed without impact or warning. There were no injuries. The vehicle was taken to gilchrist Chevrolet Buick GMC Tacoma (6014 S Tacoma way, Tacoma, wa 98409, (253) 777-3085) and was informed that the air bags needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 29,000.
